These are items that when changed remove the out-of-the-box functionality and look and feel of the game.  Any future updates or releases of the game that impact these files mayl either overwrite or have a negative impact on the change you make.

• Changing the default multiplayer white Skin
• Changing the default non-transparent instrument panel
• Changing the default puff/lull images.
