Zoom and pan and rotate to the view you want and then hold down SHIFT plus whichever function key you want to be that camera position.

To test it, hit another function key (to change cameras) then hit the one you just reset and it should go back to where you had the camera.

You can reset all the function key camera presets to the defaults by using F9... can't remember if you need to go SHIFT + F9 to reset defaults or not... the instructions on this are on the back outside cover of the manual if you have the DVD version... or on the page with all the shortcuts etc. if you have the electronic version of the manual from the download.
